| We are pleased to announce the opening
of the "Sheridan School Agency". Upon
registering with the school, all students from tiny
tots to teenagers are represented by us and may get
the opportunity to appear in film and professional theatrical
productions.
In order to become a member of the agency, students
must enrol in a drama class. Guest teachers and specialists
in television acting and audition technique will be
visiting throughout the school year.
Professional Head Shots
All members of the Sheridan Stage School agency
are invited to attend a mini-headshot shoot. Professional
photographer, Brendan Harrington specialises in actors
headshots and has designed a special package for student
actors and juniors:
For £25.00 - each student will be given
15 minutes with the photographer and will then be provided
with a contact sheet of various photographs. You may
select 3 10x8 photographs and a fourth picture willbe
filed within the agency. Extra copies may be ordered
at £3.00 per print (10x8 size).
A copy of the full Terms and Conditions of the agency
will be provided to each student who enrols in a drama
class, as well asa head shot booking form.
Success Stories to date
In the past six months, various students have been cast in film and commercials:
HPV Vaccine Advertisement – 6 female students were successfully cast in this campaign for the cervical cancer Vaccination. (photo on right)
The Race – Six students were selected for voice over work for this new feature film starring Susan Lynch.
CBeebies – Three students were cast as the voices of CBeebies. They were Conor Mathers, Brenna Byrne and Cara Hoey.
My Red Hands – Short feature film. Gerard Donnelly and Ryan Cunningham were cast in leading roles. Six boys were cast as extras. (photo on right)

Students from the school were also selected to perform for Seamus Heaney at the re-opening of Linen Hall Library,Belfast andThe Gospel Choir were also asked to perform for the full cast of Emmerdale.
